Once we are complete we will provide you with a Preventative Maintenance Report that you can use to promote your home as having a recent professionaltune-up.
What's Included?
Our experienced staff will walk through your home with a skilled fresh set of eyes and help point out any needed repairs or deferred maintenance items that we come across. We will start on the roof and work our way to the depths of your basement and photo document all our finding for you. We will then perform our tried and tested Preventative Maintenance Service, where we get hands-on cleaning and servicing all the major home systems. As a bonus, we will tag all the important elements for easy identification for you, this will help you identify system shut-offs and important valves. We will then send you a written follow up report with all the photos from our visit.
